16 Day Syria & Lebanon Expedition

Overview

Melding two neighboring countries with fascinating history, beautiful landscapes, and unfortunately, turbulent recent pasts, both Syria and Lebanon offer huge rewards for the intrepid traveler. Our full itinerary will be released soon but to give a glimpse of our plans we will be aiming to start and finish in Beirut, Lebanon, paying visits to Damascus, Aleppo, Mar Musa, Maaloula, Palmyra, Bosra, Apamea, and Tartus in Syria. In Lebanon, we plan to include treks in the Akkre area and Jezzine area, as well as planning visits to Tripoli, Baatara Gorge, Baalbek, Batroun, Byblos, and more.
